I am tired of people trashing my girlfriend on the net, so I decided to post a response.
First of all, Amber is not evil for not having a party. Unlike us at the old junkyard, she actually lives there, and didn't rent out a place so she could party all winter. She does not owe us shit. I invited her over to our place in the summer, so if you have any problems with stuff she did over the summer, talk to me about it. She was not messy, especially compared with us, and even cleaned up once or twice. Any food she ate was either mine or hers. If anyone remembers, she had parties in her old dorm room all the time for us. And as for being an annoying drunk, we've all been annoying at one time or another. It happens. Get over it.
When I said that I wouldn't have had a New Years party, I meant that I wouldn't have had one if I was in her position. Of course the Junkyard would have had the rockingest New Years ever, but Amber does not live in the Junkyard. Had we partied there, their food would have been eaten and things would have been wrecked. Even though the hotel this year wasn't as messed up as last year, it was still pretty shitty. And don't say that no one wanted to go there. In the weeks leading up to New Years, I got asked almost every day if Amber was having a party. Yes, it was nice of Payne to put his name down for a hotel room, but neither he nor anyone else really had to deal with the broken window or the other messes that we left.
Amber was not the only one of her roommates that didn't want to have a party. Everyone in that house pays equal shares of the rent, and therefore everyone has a say in what goes on there, and has to respect the wishes of everyone else.
Also, I think that it was incredibly classless of people to show up at that last little get-together for Payne and trash my girlfried there. She invited people over as a nice thing to do for Andrew on his last night here, and got shit on when she didn't want her food eaten. If you don't like her, then don't fucking take advantage of her for her house.
People talk shit about my girlfried behind her back. Then they expect her to have them over so they can party and wreck her house.
